Top five superb future construction materials.

In this world, civil engineers and architects are discovering many new construction methods, they use a variety of creative materials to make such a building. In this article, we will look at the top five superb future construction materials. Read below to know the details of those construction materials.

1)Translucent concrete:-

The translucent concrete, also known as light-transmissive concrete, is a concrete-based building material with light-transmissive properties due to embedded optical components. Concrete with light-changing properties One end of its face is called translucent concrete on the other. This type of concrete provides great and easiest daylighting.

It creates better and more natural environments, burning will reduce costs significantly at the same time the establishment and maintenance of electrical connections. It is made by organizing thousands of optical fiber fibers or acrylic glass strips on both sides that allow for the light to shift from one side to the other.

Because of the small, the thickness of these fibers attaches to the concrete. Compared to a traditional electric lighting system Illuminating the interiors with daylight also creates a more attractive and healthy environment for building tenants. It was a combination of optical fibers and fine concrete, the material was incorporated into the existing. And externally homogeneous. It was made into volumes and it is primarily used for decoration.

2)Bendable Concrete:-

Bendable Concrete

Bendable concrete is also known as flexible concrete is an engineered cementitious composite that exhibits the property of ductile material unlike the brittleness of conventional concrete. The material composition of conventional concrete is replaced to provide flexibility in the nature of concrete.

Some features of Flexible Concrete are, the fibers act as the reinforcement material in the flexible concrete. The tensile strength ranges from 10 to 15 MPa. The compressive strength can be achieved up to 70MPa. The bendable concrete gains self-healing property which helps to fill the microcracks by a complex product that is formed by the reaction of cement with the rainwater.

The ultimate tensile strain of bendable concrete can go up to 3 to 5%. The strain capacity of flexible concrete is 300 times greater than the conventional concrete. Because of this, it provides flexibility to the concrete. To know more detail about bendable concrete watch the video above.

3)Concrete Canvas:-

Concrete Canvas is a flexible, concrete Concentrated fabric that hardens when hydrated to form a thin, durable, waterproof, and fire-resistant concrete layer. This allows the construction of concrete without the need for plant or mixing equipment. It has no effect on the pH of running water. Also, it is widely used as a cheaper alternative to non-structural concrete. It is available in three thicknesses they are CC5, CC8, and CC13, which are 5, 8, and 13mm thick respectively.

Concrete Canvas is used in a variety of civil infrastructure applications, such as ditch lining, slope protection, and capping secondary containment bunds. Compared to traditional concrete solutions, this is fast, easy, and cost-effective to install and has the added benefit of reducing the environmental impact of concrete works by up to 95%. It is available in bulk and small-batch rolls.

The speed and simplicity of installation mean that concrete canvas is less expensive than conventional concrete, with fewer logistics load. Up to 200 m2 of concrete canvas can be provided on a tray, which greatly reduces logistics and site storage. To know how concrete canvas using in construction, watch the video above.

4)carbon fiber:-

Carbon Fiber is a polymer it is also known as graphite fiber. It is a very strong material, also very lightweight. This is five-times stronger than steel and twice as stiff. Though carbon fiber is stronger and stiffer than steel, it is lighter than steel. It is made of thin, strong crystalline filaments of carbon that is used to strengthen the material.

Carbon fiber is thinner than human hair and gains strength when twisted together. Then it can be clipped together and made of cloth and if needed to take a permanent shape, the carbon fiber can be wrapped in a mold and coated in resin or plastic. It is made from a process that is part chemical and part mechanical.

It begins by drawing the long fibers of the fibers and then heating them to a very high temperature, allowing them to interact with oxygen to prevent the fibers from burning. This happens when carbonation takes place, which means that when the atoms inside the fibers vibrate violently, most of the non-carbon atoms are expelled. This leaves a fiber composed of long, tightly locked chains of carbon atoms.

5)Richlite:-

Richlite

Rich light is a paper-based fiber composite material and is manufactured by Richlight. It begins as pulp and is converted into the paper before being transformed into a beautiful, durable, weather-resistant material.

This product can be used as wood for various commercial or residential surfaces or design accents, from sink basins and exterior wall cladding to bathroom partitions, guard rails, and pillar wraps. Stain, water, scratch, and heat resistant. To know more details watch the video above.

A.S. Sethupathi is from Anthiyur, Erode district, Tamilnadu, India. He completed his B.E. Civil Engineering (2013) and M. Tech Structural Engineering (2015) at the Hindustan University, Chennai. He is now a civil engineer working in Bangalore, India. He learned Vastu Shastra by himself. He also learned to make house plans as per Vastu Shastra and he makes blueprints, section, elevation drawings, interior design drawings in both 2D and 3D. After some research, he learned that many people in this world are looking for house plan ideas. Hence, he decided to create house plan books as per Vastu Shastra for the people who need house plans to build their dream house. Now he creating House Plans as Per Vastu Shastra and publish those plans all over the world.
